Nicolette S. Lemmon

Nicolette founded LemmonTree Marketing Group, a full-service marketing agency many years ago, providing strategic marketing solutions, database analysis, and market research solutions to clients nationwide. Her firm has continued to incorporate new technology and won numerous awards for creative work for clients including television commercials, corporate videos, web and online solutions, logo designs, and campaigns.
For many years, she has headed the faculty of a financial industry marketing education program called Credit Union Marketing University for which students earned Continuing Education Units (CEUs) from Arizona State University.
With her years of experience in services marketing, sales, and advertising, she is a well-recognized speaker on financial-services marketing. She served on the marketing faculty of the Management Development Institute for the National Association of Federal Credit Unions (NAFCU) for over ten years. She also authored the book, Successful Product Development from Research to Results for the Credit Union Executive Society (CUES), served on the faculty of the CUES Executive Marketing Institute, and has sold hundreds of cross-selling training videos. Nicolette authored another book for the job-seekers market, Almost Famous: How to Market Yourself for Success. Her firm has also formed strategic alliances with several financial industry companies to provide marketing services including Cology, a private student loan processing company.
With a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University (ASU), she has served on the faculty of the University of Phoenix. She has received distinction with these awards: Top 100 Small Businesses-Arizona by DiverstiyBusiness.com; 2002-2012, Top 50 Woman-Owned Businesses-Arizona, the Outstanding Alumni Service Award by the ASU Alumni Association, a nominee for Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Arizona, sponsored by Inc. Magazine and Ernst and Young; Top 50 Women Business Owners in Arizona by Today's Arizona Woman Success Magazine; and the Arizona State University Young Alumni Achievement Award.
Nicolette has served on many boards and committees for charitable, community, civic and professional organizations. Most importantly, she's a proud soccer mom for her teenage daughter.

Dennis F. Koepke

Denny is responsible for LemmonTree's market research, strategic planning and MCIF database consulting services as well as our e-marketing, web design and web site maintenance services. Since 1999, he has worked with credit union clients on such projects as focus group research, profitability studies and Member satisfaction surveys. Denny also conducts strategic planning for clients and provides organizational assessments and other management consulting and training services.
In 2003, he helped create the Credit Union Marketing University and served on the faculty ever since. He oversees all aspects of LemmonTree's security and technology.
Denny grew up in Illinois, started college at Western Illinois University and transferred to Arizona State University (Go Sun Devils!), where he received his Bachelors Degree. He was awarded his Masters Degree in Management from Florida Institute of Technology. Denny is a certified MCIF Software consultant and is a certified focus group facilitator.
Prior to joining LemmonTree, he served for almost 21 years in the military. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel having held a variety of Command and Staff positions. He is a member of Veterans organizations to support active duty and Veteran's causes. For over five years he served as President of the Board of Directors for the association that managed the office buildings where LemmonTree was located.
